What data we collect and why

• Booking an appointment – we take bookings through Fresha. Fresha processes your name, phone number and email to arrange and confirm your appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Fresha's rules: Fresha privacy policy.
• Contact – when you message or call us, we use your data only to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Academy – when you sign up for a course, we process the data needed to conclude the contract and issue documents (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Cookies and third-party content

This site may use cookies that are necessary for it to work and – with your consent – analytics cookies. We embed Google Maps, Google reviews and Instagram content; those providers may set their own cookies.

How long we keep data

For as long as needed to carry out your appointment or course, then for the period required by law (e.g. tax law) or until any claims expire.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

Who receives the data

Service providers we use: Fresha (bookings), website hosting, our accounting office.
